(user) warrant and represent to the following:
"I am an active member of the
Independent Film Finance Group, or have applied for membership
simultaneous with purchasing this product. I agree to be bound by the IFFG
Membership Agreement. I understand that purchasing IFFG products
does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no legal
action or legal advice will be provided, but instead IFFG products
help me represent myself. I represent and warrant that the above information is true
and accurate to the best of my knowledge and that I am completing the
applicable IFFG legal product Order Form exclusively for the purpose of purchasing
IFFG products, and that I shall not resell or redistribute such IFFG products."
